For those of you considering implementing the prepayments functionality in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, a whitepaper has been released to help you sort through the scenarios the feature is designed to address. Prepayments enable you to create and post invoices for advance payments (prepayments) that your company may require before it opens a sales or purchase order.
