At the time when we released Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2, all supported client and server operating systems were tested. However since that time, Windows Server 2012 R2 has become available.
Over the last few months, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV team has been testing the compatibility, and we are now proud to announce that Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 are compatible with Windows Server 2012 R2!

What about the fact that OCSetup is not available on Server 2012 R2 and therefore the install fails. The only work around is to install O/S prereqs first.

Have they updated the NAV Administration & Provisioning powershell scripts to support the latest windows 2012 r2 servers?
Try to install .NET framework 3,5 by hand, (add windows component).

When i'm trying to install NAV 2009 SP1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 ,it asking for the ocsetup . And i couldn't install the same . How can i sort this issue ?

The Windows Server 2012R2 makes NAV 2009R2 client more white then in Windows Server 2008R2, because the 2008R2 Default Thema does not exist in Windows Server 2012R2. (We created a Case for this at Microsoft. The Answer:No Workaround for this Issue)
