If you are not already familiar with the MAP Toolkit, it’s a multifaceted tool designed to help simplify IT infrastructure planning for upgrade or migration to the latest Microsoft products and technologies. MAP 5.5 has some great new features, including assessment for easier migration to Windows Azure and SQL Azure, heterogeneous database discovery for SQL Server migration projects, Internet Explorer 8 upgrade assessment, and much more.
