&lt;p&gt;I think the answer lies in model governance. &amp;nbsp;Leave ownership federated, leaving the owners with a stake in keeping the model current. &amp;nbsp;The governance structure maintains the consistency and ensures that the model remains relevant. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
