By the way, Princess and I just came back from a holiday in Taiwan and Vietnam.  We had a great time, and ate lots of truly excellent things, as my expanding waistline can attest.  Taiwan in particular was a foody treat  - I'm seriously considering writing a Cullinary Adventure Holiday Guide Book for this amazing, and often overlooked, country.  However, I think I'll leave the "Essence of Chicken" suppliment out for the time being...
