    It would be good to include Asp.Net MVC also in this post as it is picking up traction in the development world.

    On interview questions, has anyone been interviewed through a programming interview via http://mrinterview.com? A small startup in san francisco prescreened me through this. What can I say, OMG, as much as it is kind of okay to be at home and it's pressure free, that counter at the top almost killed me!

    Tick-tock, tick-tock!!!
