As noted at http://support.microsoft.com/gp/dst_prodlist#CMS1, Commerce Server has reviewed and updated their current guidance in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932395, “How to update Commerce Server 2007 and Commerce Server 2002 for daylight saving time in 2007” for the following three time zones:  Caucasus Standard Time, New Zealand Standard Time and GTB Standard Time.
