Gary Vaynerchuk has a wake up call for those who are serious about marketing.  I’m trying to learn more about marketing, and even I can understand some of his points here. 

It’s not about who helped you before, or historically, which were the best channels for your message.  Gary calls out newspapers and magazines as old school without the cool as a channel for today’s marketing messages.  

Great marketing wakeup call and message.  It’s all about the long tail.
