With Office Live WorkSpace now providing a very handy 5GB of storage, the realms of possibility start to open up.
You can use your WorkSpace to store documents for sharing in the workplace, your home environment, in fact any files that you or others can be granted access to from an internet connected computer.
With html preview for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pdf and Jpeg, the people you are sharing with will be able to read your documents, even if they’re using the most basic machine in an internet cafe.
Another upside, is that by storing documents into your WorkSpace, you’re effectively creating a backup, so that even if your PC got stolen, lost or damaged, you’d still have all those important files safely stored online.
