As you know, I'm a OneNote fan - check out my blogcast to see why.  I loved this story which shows just how useful it can be for synchronising audio recording with your notes.  The journalist was able to prove that yes, he really did say it.  nice.

When I was new in the job, just moved from Microsoft Consulting Services to marketing, there was so much I didn't understand so I used to record meetings I was in and then listen to them again later at double speed so that I could get my head round all the new jargon and note down any questions which I'd ask my friendly colleagues around me later.  The only weird thing is listening to yourself two years later - questions which seem really dumb now were mind boggling then.  I suppose its encouraging to see how far I've come but.. do I really sound like that?
