We have launched. I am happy about that and also absolutely knackered. We launched to press on the 30th at the diamond club in the Arsenal stadium. The customer launch followed on the 5th December in the QEII centre in Westminster with some 300 top customers execs there for an event focussing on the business value of Windows Vista, the 2007 Microsoft Office system and Exchange Server 2007.
My big moment came - doing the only demo in the day for 20 minutes during the Jeff Raikes keynote. Everything went well. I'll see if I can get a recording and script up here soon for all those budding demoers out there. We also have some internal campaigns running (see me showing off some Office skills, left).
So as I resurface (I didn't wake up until 11am today) and pick up the threads of normal life (including blogging) here a few odds and ends that people have been mailing in to the blog and other news that i should have mentioned:
You can download a timebombed trial for 2007 here
Install the file compatibility pack for 2003. Read more here.
We have a developer launch event coming up - read more about that here.
