I downloaded SQL Server 2008 Express last week, it the bug still exists!! Shame on you Microsoft.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;worked for me when installing enterprise edition, although my server is windows 2008 R2. If the issue is occurring due to .NET behavior on Win7 I&amp;#39;m wondering why it failed on windows 2008R2.&lt;/p&gt;
