Jon Strand is a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) in Microsoft Services focused on Dynamics CRM. He began working with CRM during 1.0 and has worked with every version since. He works on all areas of CRM.
Jon started with the Microsoft CRM Support team in 2001. In 2006, he joined the Microsoft Dynamics Deluxe team to deliver Technical Account Service Manager services. In 2009 he moved to the Premier Field Engineering team where he is currently a Designated Support Engineer focused on assisting our Enterprise Premier customers.
Jon attended Jamestown College and works out of Fargo where he and his family live.
