Ryan Anderson is a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) in Microsoft Services focusing on Dynamics CRM. Ryan joined Microsoft in 2001 and previously worked for Great Plains Software since 1999. Ryan worked in a consulting role for Great Plains as well as Microsoft until 2007 when he took a role of Business Systems Architect supporting Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. Since then Ryan has moved into his current PFE role and has been working with Dynamics CRM for the past 5 years.
Ryan currently serves as a Designated Support Engineer (DSE) supporting our Enterprise Premier customers. In addition, Ryan performs transactional services as well for non-DSE customers. Ryan performs proactive services such as Health Checks, Infrastructure Design, Performance Reviews, Upgrade assistance, and Admin workshops.
Ryan attended college at Jamestown College where he received B.A. degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS) with a minor in Business Administration. Ryan currently resides in Bozeman, MT.
