The Premier Field Engineering (PFE) team at Microsoft is a worldwide organization that provides proactive and reactive services to our customers. We provide technical leadership for Microsoft customers around the world, promoting health in their IT and business environments through onsite, remote and dedicated support services. Our engineers come from a variety of services and external customer backgrounds. Each person's focus is delivering value through the customers' eyes. We deliver planned, proactive services to customers; to Microsoft authorized Partners; and with Microsoft authorized Partners. In addition our team can be engaged to provide a Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) through a Microsoft Premier contract, providing deep technical expertise over a defined period of time.
Kaustubh Giri is a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM). Kaustubh has 5+ years of support experience around different technologies.Kaustubh started with Microsoft in 2008 as a support Engineer for MSCRM. Kaustubh's background includes CRM implementations, basic customizations, deployment and database analysis and infrastruture design.
Kaustubh earned his Master's Degree in Commerce from University of Pune (India). Kaustubh is certified in CRM 3.0, CRM 4.0 and SQL Server 2005/2008.
Kaustubh lives in Chicago, IL with his wife.Outside of work Kaustubh enjoys traveling with his wife.

Andrea Richman is a Premier Field Engineering Services Program Manager in Microsoft Services focused on the Microsoft Dynamics products. Andrea focuses on identifying services and managing resources for onsite and remote services to customers and partners using Microsoft Dynamics. Andrea joined Microsoft in October of 2001 working as a services project manager spending time developing documentation and packaged services methodology and now works with Premier Field Engineering organization.
Andrea lives in Iowa with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends. Summertime at the lakes in Minnesota and Iowa are a favorite time of year.
