The Premier Field Engineering (PFE) team at Microsoft is a worldwide organization that provides proactive and reactive services to our customers. We provide technical leadership for Microsoft customers around the world, promoting health in their IT and business environments through onsite, remote and dedicated support services. Our engineers come from a variety of services and external customer backgrounds. Each person's focus is delivering value through the customers' eyes. We deliver planned, proactive services to customers; to Microsoft authorized Partners; and with Microsoft authorized Partners. In addition our team can be engaged to provide a Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) through a Microsoft Premier contract, providing deep technical expertise over a defined period of time.
Carlos Ochoa Esteve is a Microsoft Premier Field Engineer (PFE) specialized in Dynamics AX. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was the General Manager of a car engine service and then decided to move to the IT world. He joined Microsoft Support in March 2004 to support Dynamics NAV. Since then he has supported several Microsoft products like Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Project and finally Microsoft Dynamics AX.
His main hobbies are football, reading, painting and having fun with friends. He is married and lives in Madrid, Spain.
Bertrand Caillet is a senior Premier Field Engineer (PFE) in Microsoft Services, specializing in Dynamics AX. Bertrand has 10+ years of AX experience and joined the Microsoft EMEA PFE Dynamics team in December 2010 after 5 years in the Sustained Engineering team in Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen (MDCC) where he was working as a Software Development Engineer in Testing and servicing for Axapta 3 .0 SP6 to AX 2009 SP1 Rollup 6.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Bertrand started his Dynamics AX journey as a consultant for a MBS partner and an AX Lead Developer for a customer.
Bertrand now lives in Paris, France. Outside work, he enjoys reading, painting, trekking and windsurfing.
Anna Januszewska is a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) specializing in Dynamics AX. She joined Microsoft recently via Microsoft College Hire Academy (MACH) program. Anna graduated in Management of International Projects and New Technology from University of Paris Dauphine and has experience in Information Systems Architecture. She currently resides in Paris. Outside of work Anna loves travelling and learning foreign languages. She currently speaks French, English, Spanish and Polish.
Fauzia Awan is a Senior Premier Field Engineer in the Microsoft Premier Field Engineering EMEA Dynamics CRM team. Fauzia started working at Microsoft in Charlotte, NC, USA more than 10 years ago as a Developer Support Engineer for Messaging technologies. She joined Microsoft PFE Charlotte, NC, USA in 2005 and then moved to Dubai as a Premier Field Engineer Solution Support. Over the years Fauzia has supported and worked with Messaging APIs and solutions like Microsoft Hosted Messaging and Collaboration Solution (HMC), Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF), Microsoft Connected Services Framework (CSF), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. She is currently technical lead for PFE Dynamics CRM in EMEA and delivering Dynamics CRM Workshops and other CRM PFE services.
Fauzia has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA and Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science and Technology, Pakistan. Fauzia has also authored and presented research paper “LIPT: A Lossless Text Transform to Improve Compression" at the Proceedings of International Conference on Information and Theory: Coding and Computing, IEEE Computer Society, Las Vegas Nevada, April 2001.
Fauzia and her husband currently reside in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Fauzia likes walking, reading books and traveling.
Steven Vlaanderen Oldenzeel is a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to this he worked as a project implementation consultant at Microsoft Consultancy Services. Before joining Microsoft he worked as an implementation consultant, service manager and sales manager at a local Dutch CRM company called SalesManager Software.
Steven has experience delivering services to large and midsize companies in various industries like Automotive, Education, Financial Services, Hospitality, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Production, Consultancy, Chemical Industries, Manufacturing, Retail, Health Care and Government. Steven has held different roles for CRM projects like Lead Consultant, Project Management, Solution Architect, Data Migration Consultant and Quality Assurance manager.

Martijn has worked with Microsoft partners since 2001 and joined Microsoft as Premier Field Engineer in the Premier Field Engineering EMEA Dynamics team in 2009. He has developed a strong focus and dedication towards Dynamics CRM over the years and his background includes development, architecture and operational management. Martijn received a cum laude bachelors’ degree in business and IT at the Rotterdam University. Since then he became certified and received multiple awards for his work with Dynamics CRM. Martijn specializes in Dynamics CRM programming, performance tuning and benchmarking. Martijn has experience working and communicating with different levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground. Martijn has worked with customers around the world promoting health in their IT environments through onsite, remote and dedicated support services.
Diego Ganora is a Premier Field Engineer in Microsoft EMEA Premier Field Engineering specializing in Dynamics CRM. Diego has been working with Dynamics CRM for over 5 years and has worked with CRM version 3.0, 4.0 and now CRM 2011. Diego’s technical background includes CRM implementations, computer networking and sever infrastructure. Prior to joining the PFE team, he worked as a Senior CRM Support Engineer in the Microsoft EMEA CRM Support Team.
Before joining Microsoft he worked at a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner designing, developing, and supporting infrastructure and security solutions for customers.
Diego was born in Casale Monferrato and left it 2 years ago to move to Milan where he currently lives. Outside of work Diego enjoys spending time with his family and friends and on his hobbies like dancing, bicycling, and diving.
Julien Clauzel is a Premier Field Engineer (PFE) specializing in Dynamics CRM. Prior to joining Microsoft, 12+ years ago, he worked for an Internet service provider. Julien initially supported first Microsoft Exchange release as a Microsoft support engineer as well. His experience with Dynamics CRM spans implementations of versions 4.0 and 2011 and he has delivered many CRM Health Checks across EMEA. He has workedextensively with custom applications, .NET, IIS, Windows, networking knowledge and has strong developer and troubleshooting & debugging skills. Julien has extensive experience with Visual Studio.
Julien attended college at the University of Derby in the UK where he received a BSC in computer & science and currently resides in Paris with his wife and three kids. When not working (or catching up on sleep), he enjoys working with Windbg, creating tools & recording music in his home studio.
