No download for powershell for vista
Totally confused. What is the latest version of Powershell. I believe I am already running version 1.0 . How do I check?
Fred: The only difference is the build version. RC2 is 6.0.5429, RTW is 6.0.5430:
The download links returne the following:
The download you requested is unavailable. If you continue to see this message when trying to access this download, go to the "Search for a Download" area on the Download Center home page.
Now a download for vista rc1 is available. I tried it on rc2 and it doesn't work :(

Btw - While Unix was clearly an influence on PowerShell, so was AS400's CL, VMSes DCL, Apollo's OO Filesystem, TCL/TK and others. This area has a long history of excellent efforts.
