Lee Holmes' book "PowerShell CookBook" is now available. If you've been following PowerShell for any time now, I'm sure that you have Lee's Website as a favorite just as I do. Lee has a wonderful way to explain things and provide exactly the example you need to solve the problem you have at hand. Now imagine that 584 pages of that good stuff!
