There are no plans for this at this time.

The MSDN main page link to development centers does not list powershell or scripting. Is this a de-emphasis of the much needed improvement ot scripting tools included in Windows?
We use an extensive set of scripts and scripting tools for our server side and nearly all of it is not available via a MS system admin GUI.
