Automating the world one-liner at a time…
AD team has started a new blog for their PowerShell Cmdlets.. In their own words "We are here to answer any questions about AD Powershell, share some tips and tricks, discuss the history behind certain decisions and features and hear your feedback on improving AD Powershell experience"
Check this out http://blogs.msdn.com/adpowershell/
Windows Server 2008 R2 doesn’t just add ADPowershell – it also adds Active Directory Administrative Center
I need to know if Powershell will allow me to search mapped drives, and get detailed file information (complete path to the file, owner, last access date, size, etc.) and put it into a file that I can run reports for my management from. I know this is probably a dumb question, but I haven't had to write a line of code to do anything since the late '80s.....
