&lt;p&gt;As a developer, I like Powershell because of it&amp;#39;s flexibility and power but as an admin, I loath it because it&amp;#39;s just so complex to write quick script on the fly when you need them. Each time I write a powershell script, I&amp;#39;m itching to start an IDE and that is definitely NOT a good sign.&lt;/p&gt;
