&lt;p&gt;Lately I've been trying to decide which tool to use primarily for my programming. &amp;nbsp;Although I am a veteran non-professional Visual Basic programmer who loves creating console applications, I can't help but see that PowerShell is more timesaving. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I find more and more uses for it on a daily basis. &amp;nbsp;Just the other day I spotted a code defect in our code. &amp;nbsp;Two minutes later I had a PowerShell script searching our code and logging bugs to fix all instances of the issue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I have to investigate a bug on a machine that doesn't have PowerShell I feel unbelievably limited. &lt;/p&gt;
