&lt;p&gt;Any Idea to overcome this problem ?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Notice how you list the version and PSVersion is still 1.0? It is not 2.0.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you try and load the Snap-In Microsoft.Exchange.Management.Admin in C# .NET on a 64-bit app, it gives the error &amp;quot;No snap-in found for version 2&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
