Steve Clayton, fresh back from Mix in Vegas and some heavy networking handed me this this interview with Jonathan Greensted from Sentient with his thoughts on what was cool at Mix

Sentient are the people behind a neat application called SportsDo.  Here's how they pitch it:

"SportsDo is a GPS sports tracking system for your mobile phone which enables you to record your sporting activities while broadcasting live tracking stats to friends and family via the SportsDo web portal. Detailed analysis of your activities can be performed on our SportsDo web portal allowing you to relive the experience and continually improve your performance."

Sounds interesting and I know plenty of people who would use this - in fact I've already forwarded on the link to their website to a friend who does Triathlons and the like.

Check out their website here: http://www.sportsdo.net/

If you weren't fortunate enough to get out to Mix yourself, then I would definitely recommend checking out the videos of the sessions which you can stream or download from the Mix website.  There's some excellent keynotes from the likes of Ray Ozzie and Robbie Bach about Microsoft's vision for the web as we look to complement our existing software with online manifestations whilst meanwhile providing a fantastic way for partners and software developers to do the same.
