I just viewed a great, almost all demo presentation (recorded video) of building Windows Communication Foundation and Workflow Foundation applications in Visual Studio 2008 (code name: "Orcas").  This was presented last week (June 7, 2007) @ TechEd 2007.

Here's the description from the web cast page:

"Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) were released in 2006 as part of the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 with separate extensions for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. These tools were improved on and are now integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio code name "Orcas." This session demonstrates the top ten new features in Visual Studio code name "Orcas" for WF and WCF. This includes tools that cover both technologies for building workflow-enabled services. This is a demo session, so do not expect many slides."

I hope that you find it as interesting as I did.
