Key changes:

• Removal of System.Web.Routing.dll and System.Web.Abstractions.dll both of which are in the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
• Server Install mode – as the descriptions implies it is for installing MVC Framework on the server - for situations where one needs to host an MVC application only.
