Vlad Vinogradsky is a senior technical architect supporting Microsoft's Public Sector business. He works with a variety of Federal customers, systems integrators, and partners on developing innovative solutions that include cutting edge Microsoft technologies. Vlad has over 20 years of software industry experience as a developer and architect. Prior to joining Microsoft, Vlad developed complex software solutions in a number of domains including terminal guidance systems, real-time image processing and recognition, document imaging, securities governance, supply chain management, insurance, and fixed asset accounting. Throughout his career, Vlad has worked on a diverse array of platforms ranging from Inmos Transputers and specialized vector processors to mainframes, VAXes and personal computers, using a variety of programming languages and distributed technologies. Vlad received his Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in automatic flight control systems from the Moscow Aviation Institute. Vlad was born and raised in Moscow and immigrated to the United States in 1993. He resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, two kids, and fluffy white dog.
