HELP ASP.NET Developer

I am writing you for your help on an issue. Since you all seem to be ASP.NET gurus, I was hoping you had a few contacts that you may know in the junior ASP.NET developer field. I am actually looking to employ a good junior developer in the Raleigh, NC area. Your responsibilities will entail…

• Modification of the web application in creating new customer-facing features, enhancements, and bug fixes

• Debugging, providing escalation assistance, and troubleshooting for customer-reported technical issues

• Designing web-based user interfaces and optimizing the end-user's application experience

• Taking ownership of the internal intranet web application

Skills & Experience we are Seeking…

• Minimum 2 years of experience with C# and the .NET framework

• Experience with ASP.NET 2.0 in writing web applications.

• Experience writing custom Javascript and working its integration to ASP.NET.

• In-depth understanding of the ASP.NET page model, caching, and custom controls

• Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science or related field preferred

Additional Desired Skills…

• AJAX, jQuery, or experience with other similar technologies that will enhance the users web application experience

• Experience working with an application that is based on Microsoft SQLServer

• Development experience with Java, Flash, or another related technology

• A passion for page layout and/or graphic design is a perk<B/>
