I got it working by just installing the services in the add windows components. Then selected the terminal services under administrative tools. Then activated the server, then installed CALS. Basically it was a hunt and peck affair. &lt;p&gt;To help answer your query better, could you let me know the OS versions of your clients, your Terminal Servers and your License Server? &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Note that you will need to be activated for the License Server to issue built-in CALs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a problem with the licence server not issuing built in TS Cals - IT just simply refuses. we have 80 days to sort this - meanwhile I cant find out (because I have to sort through 3000 tons of legalistic .... stuff ...) as to whether its my xp clients at fault - my TS server - my licensing server or what - cant you people tell these morons that actually devised the licensing policy we already paid thousands for the operating system now you want more - meanwhile I need some answers and quick !!!&lt;/p&gt;
