&lt;p&gt;There looks to be a problem in the math with the rotation matrices. The length of the resulting vector doesn&amp;#39;t match the length of the starting vector. 3^2 + 4^2 + 5^2 != 5.7795^2 + -0.707^2 + 2.3285^2.&lt;/p&gt;
