I can't agree more with Scott's comments. Mike G. has been a great colleague to work with in the past, and I hope to have the chance to work with him in the future. If you haven't already, you should definitely check out the Daily Grind. Mike is an excellent technologist and industry pundit, and always worth reading.

I am subscribed to 168 RSS feeds.  I'm obviously creating work for myself, which may not be a good idea. Having only a 4k stack myself, I can't hold a lot of URLs in my head. Additionally, sometimes I just want to visit a website myself.
