I had a chance to chat with Raymond for a while earlier today while at the Publisher's Summit. It was a great discussion, covering everything from the state of IT and our customers' challenges to the personalities of the various book publishing companies. I also was able to introduce him to Gary, and we chatted (mostly those two) about the publishing industry, Gary's previous life as a professor, and math studies at Berkley.
