Latest versions of Cruise Control .Net includes a template to render Simian Reports. Last week I've been asked abut it.
From the website:
"Simian (Similarity Analyser) identifies duplication in Java, C#, C, C++, COBOL, Ruby, JSP, ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic source code and even plain text files. In fact, simian can be used on any human readable files such as ini files, deployment descriptors, you name it."

The tool is designed to be integrated with your build process, so it's perfect to make code reviews and plan refactorings.
I have to read the license to see how to integrate with current projects.
