Update - July CTP, Drop 3

If you're a Team System fan, you may be wondering, "Where for art thou, July CTP?"

The Team Suite and Team Foundation Server bits are rumbling through the internal plumbing on their way to MSDN Subscriber Downloads. In the interim, here are the online versions of the readme & known issues for this release (Team Foundation Server only; the Visual Studio readme & known issues are the same as Beta 2).
