I just posted the most recent version of the Installation Guide that supports July CTP. In it you'll find some new stuff. You'll also find that the single-server install directions are missing. That's by design. Single-server installation is not supported in this release. While you wait for the bits to hit MSDN Subscriber Downloads, you could be downloading Windows Vista, Beta 1 or SQL Server 2005 June (yes, June) CTP. You'll need that version of SQL Server to install the July CTP of Team Foundation Server.
