I downloaded the new MSF Agile build 100. I am unable to upload the methodology to TFS. First error is:

Hi,
what are the differences between the Build 100 that was posted two weeks ago, and this one?

I download the MSF for Agile Software Development (Process Template for Beta 3 Refresh) - Build 100, but I cannot upload it to the TFS Beta 3 Refresh. Does this one work only in TFS December CTP?

I went to MSFWinBuild project on the GotDotNet site but it says that no releases are available. Any idea when the tool will be available for download?
