I really enjoyed this brief blog post by Alan Shalloway, The Top 10 (Or So) Things I Wish Everyone Knew about Agile. He shares some insightful pearls of wisdom that resonate for me. I especially like #12, “Making big changes to the way teams work is often not as effective as introducing change gradually.” It reminds me of the Boiling Frog anecdote that illustrates that gradual change can yield a better result than trying to impose a massive, sudden change. Take a look at the list and let me know what you think.
