Laureato in scienze dell'informazione a Bologna si occupa di Knowledge Management dal 1998 ed ha seguito la maggior parte dei progetti che Microsoft ha realizzato in questo ambito. Collaboratore attivo dell'Osservatorio Permanente sulle Intranet del Politecnico di Milano e sponsor di una visione dell’ICT allineata agli obiettivi di business delle aziende, negli ultimi anni si sta occupando di progetti innovativi nell'ambito del Social Networking a supporto dei modelli organizzativi a rete.”
