For the past several months I have been working with several members of the IIS team on a brand-new configuration reference for IIS 7.0 that describes every configuration setting for IIS in great detail, which is now located at the following URL:

Thanks for sharing.
I have been comparing the ftp_Schema.xml in the schema folder with the online one and can't seems to find the "customLogging" element in the online version.
is it deprecated or not supported?
That's a great question - currently the configuration reference only covers what's "shipped on the box" for IIS; it does not cover any of the out-of-band modules that we are shipping for IIS. For now this means that the schema additions for modules like FTP, WebDAV, URL Rewrite, etc., are not documented in the configuration reference.
At the very least we will add to the configuration reference as modules are integrated into Windows. For example, Windows 7 will ship with the new FTP and WebDAV modules built-in, so we have plans to add those schemas to the upcoming release of the configuration reference that we have planned for the Windows 7 release.
