After nearly 10 years at Microsoft I've decided that it is time to move on to another opportunity.

I drafted a long post about how I joined Microsoft and what I've learned during that time, blah blah blah.  It was turning in to a Minnesota Goodbye.

The key points were this...

  • Working at Microsoft is something I've loved.  I recommend it.
  • The people here are smart, passionate and dedicated.
  • North Dakota is cold.  
  • North Carolina is warm.
  • I'm excited about where I'm off to.
