    Why isn't Windows finding my device?

    If…“ Windows can't find your wireless device or devices connected to a network, there are a few things you can try…”

    • Make sure sharing is turned on
    • Use Advanced printer setup
    • Make sure that Bluetooth is on

    • Make sure that Bluetooth-enabled and other wireless devices are on and discoverable

    • Make sure network devices are turned on

    • Try using a troubleshooter

    • Check with your device manufacturer

    • Check for answers in the Windows community
