S video and composite inputs on my TV Tuner will not work in win 7 you can not connect a DVD play video camera etc... If you go to TV setup you can see the video coming in in the little preview window box but it wont let you select and display it because it can not find infarred device to use to control the set top box. .This is a big mistake as this renders a lot of hardware useless in win 7. This is a missed opportunity.
The author does a great job of arranging this vast body of knowledge into one blog. I do agree w/the other reviewers on that point.
