So this is for William who emailed me with this question. He had made an IE Favorite folder hidden and couldn’t find a way to get it back.
As this folder is just like any other folder it is quite simple to fix, but the key is to know where your favorites are stored.
Thanks to Ian who supplied me the answer

BBC News - US school road marking spelled wrongly
“Workers have misspelled the word school on a road approaching a high school in North Carolina in the US. Crews painted "shcool" on the approach road to Southern Guilford High School. The road had been recently repaved and crews were working to mark out the school zones. The company that was responsible said it had "made a mistake" and it would be fixed…”

Really interesting read from the BBC BBC News - How the internet is changing language
"Language itself changes slowly but the internet has speeded up the process of those changes so you notice them more quickly." People using word play to form groups and impress their peers is a fairly traditional activity, he added. .. Online you show how brilliant you are by manipulating the language of the internet."

and this from the Ukraine
“The Mac and Linux communities even have their own word for people who prefer Microsoft Windows - віндузятники (vinduzyatnyky literally means "Windowers" but the "nyky" ending makes it derogatory).”
This is really cool and follows on from all the previous bing Windows 7 themes (bings best 1, 2, 3, bing Japan and the bing screensaver)
“Switch it up! Receive two new photos from Bing every week for three months, with this Windows 7 theme that updates automatically through an RSS feed.”
Download the theme from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/downloads/bing-dynamic
It will show up as bing dynamic in your theme section in control panel
“Microsoft Security Essentials is a free antivirus program for your personal computer, and provides real-time protection against viruses, spyware and other malicious software. The program runs in the background while you're using your PC and checks daily for any updates from the Internet. It performs scheduled scans of your computer for any malware, automatically blocking most threats. Basically, if your Microsoft Security Essentials icon is displayed as green in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar, your computer is in good condition. If the program detects a problem or threat, it displays a message with the detected item, the alert level, and the recommended action, so you can decide how to proceed. You can also use Microsoft Security Essentials to perform a manual scan of a file, a folder, or your entire PC, at any time. ”

Kind of puts the 13 million number calculated using Windows XP post from a few years back look a little small, is news that Pi has been calculated to 5 Trillion Digits. and in that article in the computers section you can see that used either Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 R2.
Thanks to @shanselman for the tip.
