Last night I invited a number of the people who helped the Windows Installer XML toolset release to over to my house for a small ship party.  It was a really low key event where we all sat around talking about the crazy things we saw written on the internet about the WiX toolset, reminiscing about some of the whacky bugs we fixed in the past, discussing the things we need to fix and improve going forward, and drinking cheap champagne (it is a volunteer effort after all).

Jenny took a few pictures during the evening.  At some point she rounded up the core five developers and took a picture.  From left to right, we have:  Scott Kurtzeborn (better known as “K”), Derek Cicerone, myself, Reid Gustin, and Robert Flaming.  Jenny also made a cool looking cake that also tasted really good.

It was a great way to unwind after a really amazing launch.  Now it’s time to get back to work on the toolset.
