I’m currently a Senior Premier Field Engineer in the Premier Field Engineering Group and have been with Microsoft close to 14 years. I have supported System Management Server Products since coming to Microsoft in 1997. The following is a summary of my contributions while at Microsoft:
• Member of Premier Support 1997-2000 • Joined Premier Alliance/Field Engineering Team in 2000 • Provided consulting for well over 250 companies which has included on-site ROSS visits, Supportability Reviews, Presentations and Ad-hoc SMS reviews. • Developed training course for National Premier Workshop Offerings• Delivered workshops on System Management Family Products• National Speaker at Microsoft Management Summit (2006-2010)
