I am part of Microsoft services (Microsoft Premier Support for Developers) where I am assigned to enterprise size accounts that have purchased a dedicated support specialist for Microsoft's development tools and technologies. I provide hands-on assistance to customers in troubleshooting runtime application issues (performance tuning, crash analysis, code reviews) in addition to providing general developer guidance and training on the .NET Framework and development processes to help drive improvements to application quality for customer applications.  I will make attempts to post periodically on technical items I find something interesting on.
