I've seen a few of you around, so the word is probably out that I haven't left for Seattle just yet.
Something to do with visas not being processed in the US - has meant that I'll be around for a month or so yet - still working in the SBSC role. So if you have any issues, questions or worries then I'm still here to help.
One of the things I've heard a few murmurings about is the article in APC about Action Pack - now I know the majority of you will have received the email from Pip that Wayne sent out to the Groups. But in case you haven't, I want to re-iterate that are disappointed in the article, and were not asked to comment or provide any information about the program to APC.
See the official word from Pip below.

1. Action Pack – We are very aware of the abuse of Action Pack and we work very hard with our team to close loops holes on any abuse. Additionally, I am exploring the APC article and messaging within it, we were not asked to comment on this, or provided information for this article, and as such are disappointed. Some comments on our commitment around this:
a. We have a local resource random auditing of applications for Action Pack
b. WW is instigating some back end process to flag potential abuse
c. We are instigating a new criteria to purchase the Action Pack which is some training – this will require online training every 2 years.
Whilst it may not all be visible to the partner community, this issue is of utmost importance both locally and at corp. We have a number of other initiatives we are looking at here, and as they evolve we will make them transparent to you and the broader partner community.
