Recently we held a series of SBSC Roundtable Events in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. The objective of the events was to create a forum where SBSCs could provide input and feedback directly to Microsoft on important issues facing the small to medium business community. The events generated much spirited conversation and left us at Microsoft with a far clearer understanding of your needs and many ideas on how to better support you. Our intention is to continue with a regular rhythm of these events to ensure a high level of ongoing interaction.

  • Helping you grow your business – what should we be focusing on to support you in driving revenue
  • Partner Satisfaction – what are the important drivers of partner satisfaction to you, this also generated much discussion around Vista.
