I've been receiving calls the last few days from someone identifying themselves as from the support department of Microsoft Windows. The person says that my computer has sent a message saying there are threats that they can remove from my computer if I allow them to walk me through a series of steps. It sounds like a scan to me. Can you advise me on this? Thanks for your help.
