&lt;p&gt;I did not agree to it. &amp;nbsp;I am reporting this violation and appalling business judgment to the FTC. &amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an appropriate way to treat MS&amp;#39;s customers?? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can find the update in the link at the bottom of this comment,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you receive Windows Update error 80070490, it means that a file (CBS Manifest) that&amp;#39;s needed to install updates is corrupt.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;download and run the System Update Readiness Tool&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please click on the Windows version you have and what version you are running, Example 32 Bit or 64 Bit&lt;/p&gt;
